Louis - Head of Operations
Hi, I’m Louis. Football has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping young players build confidence, learn new skills, and fall in love with the game.
I have a degree in Football Business and Finance from UCFB, where I developed a deep understanding of both the sport and the industry behind it. After graduating, I have spent six fantastic years working with Manchester City, helping to create unforgettable experiences for young fans — from organising fan zones to running fun football activities where kids could play, learn, and enjoy the game in a safe, welcoming environment.
Now, I’m bringing that same energy and experience to CAM, offering high-quality football coaching for kids of all abilities. My goal is simple: to make every session fun, engaging, and rewarding — whether your child is just starting out or already dreaming of playing professionally.
If you have any questions about getting your team involved in a sessions feel free to reach out
Jamie - Head of Community and Outreach
Hi, I’m Jamie! I studied International Football Business at UCFB and have a real passion for helping young players enjoy and improve their game. I currently work with Manchester City’s events team on match days, creating fun experiences for kids at the club’s Fanzone — an experience that’s strengthened my ability to connect with and inspire young people through football.
I’m a hardworking, approachable, and confident people person who loves being on the pitch, sharing my enthusiasm for the game. When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me playing or watching football — it’s a big part of who I am! If you have any questions about upcoming sessions please reach out to me

Fun
Sport and football is key for physical and psycholigcal health in children. This is why, as coaches, we love what we do. We aim to make every session as engaging and enjoyable as possible for every individual that joins in our sessions. By focusing on developing through games, players are doing what they enjoy most. A unique variation of football in Baby Fútbol gives a specialised challenge for players to master and enjoy
Holistic development
We believe that football has huge potential to be used as a vehicle to not just develop children in their football performance but overall life skills as well. As recommended by the FA in their 4 corner model, as well as technical/tactical and physical corners that are typically focused on in training sessions, psychological and social corners are of equal importance. With a bespoke evidence-based approach CAM will strive to develop both person and player.
Our 4 core psychosocial pillars: Confidence, Control, Resilience and Self-awareness
Evidenced based
Our coaching methodology and philosophy is built upon the most recent academic research and practical methods. Coaches therefore aim to support individuals long-term development of players. Instead of learning being led by the coach, our team will look to create environments or situations that are conducive to development through focus on promoting players to adapt to challenges independently, supported by coaches.
